Referrals:
Our title company is affiliated with ReMAX of New Jersey which currently
has over 200 offices and 3,000 realtors. In my daily travels, I meet many
realtors who need a name of a referral associate. I would love to market
you.
- Surveyors:
Not all surveyors provide all services, ie: elevation, certificates.
Some might not work in your county. Some might be too busy to meet your
closing schedule. We have resources to connect you with the surveyor
to meet your needs.
- Financing
and Refinancing Options:
You're unique; Just like everybody else! Seriously, there are numerous
options in financing your dream home. We have direct lenders who can
custom design financing. Rates are still very attractive for refinancing.
- Insurance:
Besides title insurance you'll want to check on homeowner's,
mortgage, property and casualty. I have many associates to refer, I am
sure you'll connect with at least one. Again, it is a very personal
decision.
- Post
Closing:
As the homeowner you still might have some questions or concerns. If
